The Idea Accelerator Technology Virtual Staff consists of highly skilled professionals who can consult, facilitate and train in the IAccT methodology and tools.
Deborah Brown is the Chief Executive Officer of FreedomQuest, Inc. organized in 1995 as a research and consulting corporation and its subsidiary FreedomQuest Funding, a provider of cash flow assistance to individuals and businesses.
Deborah is a life long entrepreneur, innovator, and humanitarian. She started her first business in Karlsruhe, Germany at the age of seven, employing five youth. As an innovator she has been on the forefront of major paradigm shifts in the financial and telecommunication industries. Deborah was the first to place an ATM in the non-traditional food store environment in Ohio. She is also the inventor of the Defective Equipment Replacement Program that evolved into the Phone Center within BellSouth. Deborah’s love for humanity has evolved into the desire to assist individual who are chronically unemployed due to handicaps, lay-offs, and other social hindrances. Forty percent of the revenue from FreedomQuest Funding is earmarked for this cause. Also, as a licensed insurance agent she provides quality insurance for this population.
Deborah has earned numerous honors, educational degrees, and professional certifications including a B.A. degree from N. C. State University in Psychology, M. B. A. degree from Georgia State University, Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and M.A. Program completion in Counseling Psychology at Rutgers University. She joins the Idea Accelerator Technologies team as a Visionary Coach and Trainer.
Dallas Romanowski is the Managing Partner of Cornerstone Advisory Partners (CAP). Dallas helps his clients achieve their goals by leveraging his expertise in strategic planning, group thinking, innovation, finance, technology and marketing. Prior to founding CAP, Dallas was a business development executive for IBM. In this role, he helped Fortune 500 companies improve their competitive edge through business transformation and innovation.
Dallas chairs an advisory board for Idea Accelerator and has helped his clients implement the innovation concepts developed by Idea Accelerator. Dallas earned his MBA from Emory University (Atlanta, GA) and his BS Degree in Business Management from UNCW. He is a member of the Cameron Executive Network and an Ambassador for the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.
Dan has been a strategic and leadership consultant for over 20 years. To help organizations enhance their ROI, he has developed products for the integration of leadership competencies, psychological type, and strategic skills. As a principal in Archetype Learning, LLC, Dan and his partners developed the High-Potential Leader Accelerator™ as a vehicle for skills integration.
Working with The University of North Carolina system, Dan led the development of the Strategic Performance Series™ and the SymmeTree™ Change Management Simulation. These products were implemented through special university programs in all 16 UNC campuses to assist companies and communities with competitiveness.
While with the University, Dan facilitated strategic initiatives for the Office of the President, Chancellors and their Cabinets, and key areas of government. Dan has also consulted with major banks, leading corporations, and has assisted with large-scale economic development strategies. This includes the Research Triangle Regional Partnership and their award-winning “Staying On Top” plan.
Dan is certified in a range of tools including Lominger’s Leadership Architect© Suite, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, and The Attentional and Interpersonal Style© (TAIS) inventory. Dan joins the Idea Accelerator team as a Visionary Coach and Trainer.
Doris Johnson was educated in Business and Administration in Stuttgart, Germany. Ms. Johnson is fluent in German and English and has considerable experience in the European and US business markets.
Ms. Johnson’s sales experience includes industries such as automotive, manufacturing, medical, pharmaceutical, financial services and automation. Her experience in the information technology market includes: EAI, DMS, ERP, CRM, Lotus Notes, and Localization Software.
Ms. Johnson’s tenure with DaimlerChrysler included a position as Project Manager in Marketing and Communication for the DaimlerChrysler Venture GmbH. She has been an independent consultant for 15 years and has managed IT projects at the early phases of process and workflow analysis, the selection of suitable software solutions, and supervised the implementation and training staff. Ms. Johnson is a Certified Innovation Strategist for European markets with Idea Accelerator Technologies.
