Workshop Overview
Increase teamwork and stimulate the creative and innovation potential of your organization in a half-day or full day hands-on, facilitated workshop. The workshop is based on a patent-pending methodology that takes a science-based approach to the art of innovation and breakthrough ideation. Your teams will be actively engaged in an experiential session that gives them practice in a methodology that they can continue to use to increase their innovation IQ in their daily work. At the same time, they can focus on common business challenges or choose a custom theme that will resonate with your team.
The Institute for Innovation team provides all workshop materials, facilitation services and a document containing the results of your workshop. This deliverable will allow you to extend the impact of the exercise by sharing the resulting innovative ideas. Selected ideas may then be implemented in your organization.
Pricing:
- 1/2 day = $2,000 + travel for a group of 12 or less.
- Full day = $4,000 per day + travel for a group of 24 or less.
- Custom themes priced on a special bid basis.
